Ingredients: hand-picked tart cherries from our farm, organic cane sugar, raw local honey, lemon juice, reverse osmosis water.

The thick glass bottle with a narrow neck is intended to make it easy to pour and avoid spills. The swing top lid is sturdy with steel wire and a thick rubber gasket to provide a seal and help preserve the syrup.

Keeping it Fresh: This syrup is relatively shelf-stable due to the sugar, honey, and lemon juice content. However, storing it in the refrigerator may help prolong its shelf-life. You can also freeze the syrup by dividing it into ice cube trays, freezing, and then transferring it to a freezer-safe bag. Frozen syrup will generally maintain its quality if used within a year, but be aware that freezing may affect the texture and/or flavor.
